Frequently asked questions
From when is check-in & until when do I have to check out?
Arrival: please from 15.00 hrs | Departure: please by 12.00 hrs
Should you prefer a later departure time, we will charge € 40 until 6.00 p.m. and the full room rate from 6.00 p.m. onwards. We kindly ask you to arrange any changes to the departure date or time with reception in good time.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
Yes, there is a minibar in every room, which will be refilled by us upon request. You are welcome to handle this via our digital guest folder.
Are there any parking facilities?
Yes, parking spaces are available in our underground garage. We ask you to park your car in the “yellow zone” designated for Fürstenhof guests, a reservation is not required. The price is 12,50 € per day. We ask you to keep the arrival and departure zone in front of the hotel free as soon as possible.
What cancellation conditions apply to my booking?
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before arrival, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, we charge 80% of the total amount booked. Otherwise, our general terms and conditions apply.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
We are also happy to accommodate your four-legged friend for a fee – however, they will not have access to the spa and fitness area. If you would like to take your small dog to the restaurant, we kindly ask you to take the seats assigned by the restaurant manager in our Schenk’.
Can I leave my room key at reception?
Yes, if you are not in your room, we recommend that you leave your key at reception.
